Was very happy from start to finish. Pernell actually answers the phone when you call. He and his assistant showed up on time, worked really efficiently, and everything went really smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

we were moving a block down from our previous place and needed quick + efficient junk removal. pernell answered my call and gave me range of how much it would cost on the phone. i asked him to be there at 7am which for most people is not a time when you want to be working. i appreciated the willingness, and them being prompt and efficient. i believe the whole thing was done in about 20 mins which is amazing for someone who has to leave for work at 8am. i did encounter some issues with the transaction for payment and the reason i include this part is to show how pernell handled the situation. he worked with me to cancel charges on his end and was communicative the whole...read full review
