I had a good experience working with Jordan from Duerr. On another occasion Romelo returned to our home--his initial service call to our home was in August 2020. After our air conditioning was fixed, I appreciate that Romelo listed a verbal recap of the troubleshooting process that he used to diagnose and then fix the unit. The recap was educational for me and my husband and would be useful for Romelo as he creates a field report.

I am a tenant of an apartment that received the wall heater replacement service. The job was done so clean and perfectly. I had expected it was going to be dusty and messy, but it was not so. When they left, my apartment was looking sparkling clean; it was cleaner than before they came. The new heater released a clean smell and I was very glad and warm. Thank you for the clean service!
