Sam is literally my hair savior. I had a TERRIBLE experience at another salon down the street and came to her to see if she can help salvage the damage. The other salon cut corners and did not install the hair correctly, gave me the incorrect hair pieces that didn't match my natural hair texture, and didn't give me a standard haircut to blend the extenstions in. IT WAS BAD. I set up a consult with Sam and she was patient, informative, and fully explained what my options were. She was able to give me a temporary fix so that I could still look good in the meantime until she gives me a complete overhaul. We are gonna redo everything the right way.

I have been going to Mel for almost a year. My hair is still very healthy throughout the process of going blonde.. red.. then back to blonde from "natural hair." She's been very knowledgeable on what to do with my hair. Thanks Mel!
