V&J did such an amazing job with our beautiful stair railing! From our first phone call to the end result we were assisted in a professional and respectful manner. V & J Stairs did an excellent job installing a new railing in our townhouse. Andy was prompt with coming to check out our setup, and was clearly an expert. He asked if there was any spare flooring that he could use to match the stain of the bannister, and when we weren't sure as we had recently moved in, he suggested there might be some spares in the garage - which there were.During the construction day, he and his team did an excellent job assembling it. There were some mid-day changes, as they reconsidered how to handle the old metal rail, and eventually used it as the skeleton for the new. It looks great, and will be much safer for little kids than our old rail with the bottom gap.Very happy with their work - would gladly recommend to anyone.
I can't say enough good things about this company. I was a nightmare of a client to work with scheduling-wise, and made numerous changes to my install date due to issues with my contractor. V&J was extremely patient and understanding of my issues. Andy was awesome and helped me fix part of my stairs that was done improperly by my contractor. He and his crew were timely, nice, and efficient. I can't stop looking at my stair railings - they're beautiful!
