Called to establish care and the customer service rep was extremely rude and not helpful what so ever. I would never take my child to these clinics if this is simply how they treat you prior to even being seen.
I read the reviews so I was expecting the absolute worst but I was pleasantly surprised. There wasn't any wait to be seen for my appointment. The receptionists were all super polite and friendly. The nurse(?) I saw Daisy was so kind and, helped to calm my worries. She was truly such a sweetheart, and she scheduled my next appointment when she was going to be working to help provide me even more comfort.
Very unprofessional and negligent. They only give excuses so the patient cant see the doctor. The staff always says the doctor is not there. And on top of that they cancelled my appointment.
