Peter Cody: Allstate Insurance

I switched over to Allstate due to the continued lack of customer service I felt with my previous carrier. Since the beginning, Peter Cody has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very personable. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Peter and have felt for the first time in a long time in working with an insurance agent that I am a person and not just a monthly credit card charge. I have recommended Peter to several colleagues who have been considering switching carriers and do so because I feel that he would treat them the same.

In response to my request, he gave me quotes on auto and homeowners insurance, which were much, much lower than my previous insurance premiums. Peter was very efficient and streamlined the process of obtaining the insurance. He was prompt and responsive, returning my phone calls and emails immediately, and providing personal service.
