Outstanding service from start to finish! Our company rented an LA Coach sprinter van for an office trip to Palm Springs. Tae responded quickly to my many questions and patiently worked with us to keep our costs down and accommodate a fluctuating number of participants. He was always available and willing to help. This kind of personalized service for a reasonable cost isn't easy to find elsewhere. Our driver, Yang, was also terrific. He followed a complicated route and got us to each of our stops safely and on time. The van was clean and comfortable. We will definitely use LA Coach again for any future trips!
LA Coach is the best in southern California. I have been in charge of Bus transportation for high school sports as well as in business for the past 5 years.. During the pandemic, I gave LA Coach a try and was instantly impressed and I highly recommended. They are now my go to Bus company.
First time needing a 55 passenger bus! LA Coach team were amazing from start to finish: Jina and Tae were very responsive, answered all our questions while booking. The buses were in great condition, super clean, and the drivers were very professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Overall, amazing experience.
