Got an old backpack zipper fixed and now it's like new! Only took a couple days and price was reasonable ($35). I thought the owner was totally fine. Straightforward interaction. Respect your elders! You are not the most important person just because you are a customer.

Came in for new heel tips on a pair of pumps and he did a great job. If they aren't too busy, sometimes they can fix the tip while you wait. He also shined & touched up the missing color spots. I am bringing all my repairs back to him.
