I am a repeat customer and I have been since 2015. There were times in the past that i had my nails done elsewhere either because of my work location or force of habit to walk in. Having done that has been a hit and miss satisfaction ; no guarantees of walking out happy. And then there is FIRST LADY NAIL SALON .... always my quiet place with the reassurance of being well taken cared of. This place is not just about pretty nails ... unlike the last walk in place I've been. Yep! The fact that Mary gave me a good advice .. "next time tell them to ... " she was not about to bash the last nail technician and she wasn't even telling me to switch to her ... it was a genuine concern about healthy nails . This culture sets it apart from the other places I have been. So if you got this far reading this review ... MAKE THE APPOINTMENT .. the owner Candy with her team June, Holly and Mary will rock your world as nail artists
Came here with a friend with appointments made, however I had to wait a while until someone came to get me started on the process of soaking. My friend came a couple minutes later and because of how understaffed this place is, she didn't get to soaking until 20-30min later. I think if you're strapped on time, this might not be a great place....but for the price, it can't be beat in this economy. Service is decent and the work is also what you would expect for the price. Would come here again if I'm in the area or with friends though!
They have great colors & patience but it's old school if you want traditional looks this place is perfect. They even remember their clients names. If you are looking for what you see on TT, They have very limited info on those things.
