Checked this hair salon out, they did a great job but they ended up cutting way too much than what I originally asked for. Then they layered it too much than what I asked for. When I asked the lady if she is layering a little bit, she agreed but it ended up being way too much. Traditional hair salon where they the stylist follows her advice more than what the client wants.
Amazing, I took my boyfriend here because he wanted a hair perm and needed a hair cut desperately. We were losing hope as we couldn't find any places where he can get a hair perm soon enough. We called several places but they couldn't do it or wanted us to wait weeks. However when we called here, the stylist was so helpful and nice. She accommodated a spot for us the day and time that worked best for us. My boyfriend had pinned straight hair so we wanted a wavy natural perm. I showed her a INSPO photo and it came out exactly how we wanted. The prices are also amazing. The salon was clean and super nice. We are definitely coming back!! I wish I remembered the name of the stylist though.
This is my favorite hair salon! Cindy is wonderful and always makes me feel beautiful. I moved to Santa Cruz five years ago and I always go to Diva to get my hair cut whenever I'm in So Cal. Also I love the music videos that are always on! This is definitely worth the trip. Great skillful stylists, wonderful customer service and fun music!
