Coastal Asian Pacific MHC is a mental health facility with a great team that is really kind and understanding. Many clients feel blessed to come here, especially during stressful times, and describe their therapists as amazing. Reviews highlight that the staff, from the front office to the nurses and doctors, is great. Therapists are noted for making clients feel safe and comfortable enough to open up without feeling judged or pressured. They really listen, understand, and help clients see things in themselves they never noticed before, helping them realize what is really going on underneath it all. This support helps clients grow and their lives genuinely start to change for the better. Clients appreciate that they are treated as a person, not just a case, which is a difference felt from other places. The facility provides practical help, such as assisting clients to get off the streets and housed, and continues to be there on their journey. Support groups, like the women's group, are also loved. The counselors are consistently described as great. While most of the team receives high praise for their care and professionalism, some feedback notes that communication from certain front office staff can sometimes be lacking. I’ve been in and out of therapy since I was 14, and Kayla is the first therapist I’ve ever truly connected with. From the start, she made me feel safe and comfortable enough to open up without feeling judged or pressured. She doesn’t just sit there quietly or repeat my trauma back to me, she really listens, understands, and helps me see things in myself that I never noticed before.
Kayla helped me realize what was really going on underneath it all, and once I started working on those things, my life genuinely started to change for the better. I’ve grown so much with her support and care.

Shout out to DR. Daisy ,Dr. Beige& Janet working on my mental health and helping me get my life better this facility really does have a great team ,just remember to treat them like humans too because they are really kind and understanding I’ve been to a few other places and's I didn’t feel like no one cared I was treated more as a case than a person .only reason I gave 4 star is because every time I speak with candy she is rude and always has an attitude and her lack of communication &compassion is unprofessional and negative . I came in to pick up donated items .I was waiting in the waiting room for a good 20-30 minutes I had to walk back again to the window and...read full review
