Anderson Knox & Clark Roofing is a roofing company that has served clients for decades, including property management companies, apartment owners, and homeowners. One client with 17 buildings and over 500 apartments on the westside of Los Angeles used the company to inspect all buildings and provide detailed photos and plans to stay watertight. Competing bids showed the company was right on the money or even slightly lower, and the work was guaranteed for one year, which no one else had done. A new roof was put on one building, and the team showed up on time and finished on time while being considerate of residents. After rain, whenever there was an issue, the company was there quickly, found the problem, and performed the repairs. Other clients report full re-roofs with the color they wanted, along with cleanliness and communication that was elite. As a property management company overseeing a wide range of property types, one client calls the company a go-to partner for full re-roofs and timely repairs, with high-quality work, responsive service, professionalism, attention to detail, and reliability. Families have used the company for decades for homes and commercial buildings, with quality work done on time and no surprises. The team is highly professional, polite, and always left properties immaculate. The company is highly recommended for excellence in fixing complex roofing problems and for roofing jobs of all sizes.
