Not gonna lie - set your expectations low with the understanding that fur grows back. It's a good price, fast, don't have to deal with the whole "drop your dog off by 8am and pick up at 2pm or you miss it" thing. Just drop off, wait like an hour or whatever, and done. Not perfect, but done.
A family member recommended this place, and I definitely recommend it everyone was nice and very patient with my dog, my dog doesn't let anyone cut his hair and this place was really nice and patient with him. Also my dog was really matted so they had to shave of all his hair his a shih tzu. Thank you Tony's grooming for being patient with Oreo. I will definitely be returning.
I take my dog here as often as needed. No issues at all and the lady does a nice job according to your preference. She usually takes around 40-50 mins to bathe and do everything else for the dog. Good prices too. I like to call in advance to ask the approximate wait time so if there's too many clients at that time, I can come back later so my dog doesn't have to wait too long.
