Mark was on time and did a thorough job inspecting the property. He worked around the tenants and was very detailed and efficient. His knowledge on state codes and what is standard was very impressive. Written report was sent out the next day and was very complete.
Mark did the inspection on the condo I just made an offer on. Fortunately, he found no major issues but did find some minor fixes that were not a deal breaker.
