I didn't even know where to start or how to find a reliable trustworthy agent for my first time homebuying experience. But I lucked out when Shane Dennis from team tackney put together a neighborhood garage sale. I was scared to ask for help and go outside my comfort zone to find a home but he was so easy to approach and personable and enthusiastically agreed to look for an affordable condo for me. Nancy and Shane were our buyer’s agent. It was our first home purchase and it couldn’t have been better working with them. They made the process much easier for us and were always able to find answers for us.
There were some hiccups during the closing process, and it was during that difficult time we felt that Nancy and Shane were on our side fighting for us.
Two things that we feel is very important are transparency and patience. Nancy and Shane were perfect in these aspects. They never just gave us yes no answers without any explanations, and they never made us feel like we ask too many questions.
