I called them on Friday and by Tuesday we had our mini split installed. They were so quick and efficient, I was shocked. They also had the most competitive pricing compared to anyone else I got quotes from. I have never worked with a contractor or any home improvement company that was this professional and quick. They even went out and got a perfect paint match for the part of the siding that needed touchups after install. Usually people I've hired have created more issues after doing work on my place lol. Derrick came to our home to help with a specialized and unique mini-split installation that turned out to be low on refrigerant charge.
He was very professional and knowledgeable. He efficiently worked through the steps to troubleshoot our system instead of jumping straight to recharging and leaving.
He also gave us some tips to look out for in the future and educated us about maintenance even though maintenance wasn’t a contributor in this case.
We feel lucky to have found a competent and extremely knowledgeable technician and will rely on Stephan’s in the future for our HVAC needs.
