They provide awesome work and repairs that are well done, making items look brand new and better than new. 1st excuse was he could not find my 3 shoes. When I return he said he does not know to replace one of the shoes tap. He damaged them. Now it is not wearable. The other 2 taps was so crude and unprofessional. I told him I will have to redo the 2 tap and to repair the damaged one. He still want me to pay the balance, which is not going to be enough for the repair.
I prefer to buy quality and take care of it. Which means that I will repair over replace items like shoes, boots, and handbags. I have used others in the past some good and some bad. Most recently I was with my daughter and the plastic heal on her shoes cracked and broke these are very comfortable shoes that she planned on wearing to on her vacation. This was on a Friday before a was booked for flight leaving at leaving 6:30 am on Tuesday. I took the shoes in and asked if was possible to get them on Monday. They said yes. I normally would mot ask for a rush, but they were so accommodating. I picked up the shoes they were ready and better than new with a rummer sole.
Started when I wanted to wear my favorite shoes and realized the bottom of my heel had broke. I found Roman's Shoe Repair on Yelp and it was such a great value with a speedy turnaround. In 24 hrs I was wearing my favorite shoes again. Great service. Thank you
