I recently found Sang Soo Ne Cleaners near my home, and I’m so glad I did! The owner is incredibly sweet and always takes great care of my dry cleaning. What really impressed me even more is that they also clean shoes — and not just any shoes, but even high-end designer sneakers.
I brought in about 30 pairs of sneakers, many from brands like Chanel, Dior, and Gucci. The owner explained that because of the high value of these items, they outsource them for special care, and the cost is $35 per pair, which makes perfect sense given the extra attention and liability involved. This place does clothing alterations fast and flawlessly! I’ve been a regular customer for years, and they always tailor the length of my clothes perfectly to fit my style and body shape.
One time, I had a pair of pants stained with bleach and thought I’d have to throw them away. I asked them to turn the pants into shorts without even measuring the new length, and they somehow managed to cut and hem them to the perfect length—just like store-bought shorts!
They even hand-knit repairs for damaged sweaters. I had a torn knit, and they made it look completely new—like nothing ever happened.
I came by to get a few of my pants altered and the staff was so nice! It was a quick process of getting fitted and the pants were ready in a few days. I went in Tuesday and they were ready on Friday. It was pretty affordable (~$30 total) I'll definitely be coming back!
