Rosa is great at what she does. Most people don't understand the process of turning black/dark brown hair to a lighter shade and or completely different color. It took two bleaches and a lot of hair care treatment afterwards for mine. Including but not limited to oils, deep conditioning, and limiting the amount of heat you put on your hair until it's fully recovered.
