I’ve worked for this company & branch on & off throughout the years in between jobs & let me tell you, both Melissa & Erika work extremely hard to keep clients staffed & employees on assignments. I have never had to wait more than a few days for an assignment. I have always gotten 40 hours a week and I have always been paid on time every Friday. In the event of any issues on site Melissa has always gone out of her way to represent me in the best way possible. The people who complain are those who don’t show up to assignments, show up late, repeatedly call off & don’t treat these assignments as they actually are, JOBS. I contacted Renoir looking for a job & interacted with Claire. She was able to find me a job as a porter where I started the day after my background check, and make good money for what it is. In addition the company that she connected to already gave me a full time offer one week after I started. Claire made the process so easy & was a pleasure to interact with the entire time.
