I have a 30 year old outdoor A/C unit that went into hibernation three days ago right in the middle of our current heatwave. J.R., the service tech, was dispatched to my location. Within a couple of hours, refrigerated air was once again experienced! Talk about making a customer happy! J.R. was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and very conscientious! Explained everything he had done. And double checked all of his work before leaving. I would totally recommend him without reservation!!
Our fridge went out the day of Vacation Bible School starting, I called and they were out the next day and was fully fixed ready to go! The technician was so helpful and explained everything to me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
