I live in Huntington Beach and our sunken living room has gotten water each time we get a heavy rainy season so I called Professional Drainage Experts. Shanese (owner) and Julio (head foreman) came out to develop a plan. They installed French drains that connect to a sump pump to take the water out to the street. They installed new concrete in my backyard and all surface drains also emptied into the sump pump basin. I can't say enough about Julio and his crew. They showed up every day at 7am worked till 3:30pm, six days a week till the job was finished. They left my house and yard cleaner than they were when the project started. Five plus rating! Shanese certainly chose the right name for her company. They are professional and they are experts at resolving drainage problems. From the day Shanese came to my home to do an assessment and recommend a course of action, to the completion of the project, I knew I'd hired the right company to repair and remediate the drainage issues at the back of my home. Kenneth, the crew chief and his team (Adam, Luis and Jorge) did an excellent job. They arrived everyday with a positive, can-do attitude and worked extremely hard. After 9 years of living in our property with poor drainage, and a foundation replacement on the to do list, I can finally sleep at night when I hear rain. Our lot was too flat and weird to just grade water away from the house. After our foundation replacement it required a new driveway, foundation water proofing, pipes, sump pump, and French drains, but while not cheap, it was worth every penny. The amount of attempts I tried to make to our drainage in the meantime continued to fail and make things worse.
