To start off, I loved my job. The team is what kept me here. The TA team as a whole is awesome and I am so happy to have met some amazing people that I know will go far in life! The job itself very straightforward, hire direct, admin and clinical for all 4 states and within a month- cool. But man, the job security here... thumbs down. The team had a scare once a month that one of us will get fired. One mistake and all hell broke loose but if the supervisor did a mistake, nothing would happen.
