I would highly recommend Dr. Norman Liu to my friends for their eye care. I have done so several times. In my opinion, Dr. Liu is a top professional and extremely skilled in his profession. He is also very personable and cares about his patients' well being.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Natalie told me she had been tested on the machines that were used to test my eyes so she could answer questions if patients had any on what they were to expect in using the diagnostic machines she assisted the patients with. Dr Han went out of his way to help with eye issues and several operations that I had. He is an expert in retina treatment and surgery. I would highly recommend him and his staff for any retina concerns.
I absolutely love Orange County Ophthalmology! I cannot recommend this place enough! First off the Customer Service here is the Best! They bring back what customer service used to be like in this country!
Everyone and I mean everyone that you encounter here is so nice and so helpful! From the ones that answer the phones, to all back office staff and assistants to the Doctors, they are all amazing!!
