Our experience with Steve Cho has been nothing short of a nightmare.
At first, Steve appeared professional and eager to earn our business. That changed the moment he received a deposit. After securing payment, he relentlessly pressured us for even more money, bombarding us with calls and texts, even inventing a story about needing extra funds due to a “personal emergency.”
When it came time to start the job, he canceled three days in a row, each time with a different excuse. The final excuse? A supposed car accident.

Short version: They forgot about my appointment, showed up about an hour and 30 minutes late, and then left without giving me a quote. If you're looking for reliability and communication, I highly recommend looking somewhere else. Long version:I contacted Steve through my realtor to get interior painting done and made an appointment for 9 am. 9 am comes and goes and no word from Steve. After 20 minutes and 2 calls he picks up and says he doesn't have an appointment with me. After reminding him I spoke to him just a week ago he remembers and says he didn't know the address, so he just never sent anyone out. Apparently if he's missing information, he doesn't follow up to find out, he just ignores the appointment altogether. Then he says he can have his dad come by in 20 minutes or less and he'll let me know when he's on the way. After 40 more minutes of waiting, I still hear no word so I call his dad. Once he confirms he's on his way, I then finally meet with him. As I'm explaining the situation to him and asking why this happened, he decides he doesn't need my business after all and leaves without looking at the house.I can't speak to the quality of their work, but I can say I'm glad they decided not to work with me. If this is how badly they communicate with a potential client and fumble just providing a quote, I can't imagine having to get work done with them.

Steve Cho is a flake (non-responsive) and has ghosted us on an incomplete job. He pressed us for full payment before touch ups were completed and since this was their second job (whole exterior) with us, I went ahead and paid because it really seemed like he needed it and there was some urgency and thought we were helping him or his dad out. At first he kept pushing out the date the crew could come back, then we settled on early October and they cancelled due to COVID, rescheduled for October 29, and the. they were no show. Since then he won't respond to texts, won't pick up the phone, nor call back. They also chose to use low quality paint to cut corners / costs when we had specified Sherwin Williams. For cracks, they did a poor job prepping and made no attempt to blend at all. Looks like shoddy work that they completed too fast, in a rush.
