I’m a returning patient who had hoped things might have improved over the years—especially in terms of attitude and service. The doctors here are truly excellent. Their treatment is professional, effective, and compassionate. That’s the reason I came back despite my previous experience.
Unfortunately, the front desk continues to be the weak link in this practice. The receptionist—who I believe is the same person from years ago—remains unwelcoming and unnecessarily harsh. I am so happy. To report this update. I still continue to have no stomach & acid reflex issues. I don't have to sleep sitting up. I do continue to follow Dr. Cho's recommendations. Acupunture is better than the meds I took for years before I had acupunture. I've been telling all my friends, go here, they will take good care of you. I just went for pain in my back from lifting a few to heavy things and that was also fixed. I have no pain!
I have been coming to see Dr. Chu on and off for the past 6 years. Sometimes when Dr Chu is not available, I would see Dr Noh. I usually come for shoulder, back, or hip treatments. Other than the usual acupuncture therapy, I also opted for the cupping, and other methods that they would recommend. I would definitely recommend this place for their professionalism and their treatments. Clean facility, friendly doctors, and accurate treatments will make me come back every time. Thank you J Acupuncture for helping me manage my pains.
