Owner was very patient with this woman. The outcome came out about 80-90%. What more can u ask? If she not haply then why wait til u go home and say wrjte bad review? Imagine if someone write bad review to ur family businesss for what u dont deserved? They have families to feed. This woman could have told the owner if she not happy and work out. How can expect to match 100% design on the pix?? She sound nice but she not. If she go to ur nail shop becareful. The situation will be ended up the same with thjs kind of customer.( im not happy with the service or the design nkt matching to the photo). She would use any excuses just to get bk the money or bargain. I feel sorry for the owner, she is very skillful and nice. Just dont listen to this woman, Try Ruby once and i m sure u ll coming back for HER. I would recomand my friend and family to Ruby ( very skillful and nice nail technician). Trust me, after you get ur nail done by Ruby, u ll understand why this woman is not nice and picky.“
