The owner Hugo, was extremely kind. I called in when the shop was closed. He was in the area and met up with me, unlocked the door and began setting up. He was super polite to my mom too. I had to come in actually for an urgent sacred tattoo. He understood the importance, spiritually, and he worked with me printing out multiple sizes, letting me pick the best and largest size. Additionally he had the cutest little chihuahua dog, he was wearing clothes too. I'm sorry I didn't come back with all the crystals I was going to give you! I got 2 back dermals done the other day. Hugo was super friendly and professional. I was really nervous but the process was very fast so it did not hurt much. I highly recommend coming here for dermals as he is very experienced with piercing dermals. I am so glad I went here instead of another piercing shop.
Hugo is an amazing artist and he not only is able to handle any and all of the request I've thrown at him, he talks to me about ways to improve my ideas and make them 100x better than what I was expecting. The end result is always something that people always notice and compliment. The shop is very inviting and I always feel welcome whenever I walk through the door. I recommend Hugo and his crew to everyone I know.
