Angelus Quarry is a hidden gem. The guys are all incredibly knowledgeable and always greet me with a warm welcome eager to help. As a contractor I'm familiar with many supply yards and material distributors and they are my preferred choice whenever I have the opportunity to utilize them. Weed barrier wasn't loaded one of my deliveries recently and the guys personally delivered it locally in their own car. They have even gone so far as to pick up a huge and heavy pilaster cap for me from a manufacturer that one of the brothers lives near and brought it to the yard so I could have it faster then the scheduled delivery. Prices are very fair and their are some hidden discounted products that may that have some efflorescence or some imperfections that make a beautiful finished hardscape with a little imagination and vision. I really can't say enough good things about the family that owns and operates Angelus Quarries. I recommend them highly. First I called to get a quote and found that they were less expensive compared to the other quotes. I was interested in DG. The people who answered the phone were courteous, accommodating and knowledgeable. My husband and I went there to check out the product and placed the order. The pride that the staff has in their business is so apparent. Many are family and 3rd generation employees. Highly recommend trying to try these guys. You won't be disappointed.
I needed some landscape rocks for my front planter remodel. I came to Angelus based on previous reviews and location on my way home from work. Right away, Spencer was welcoming and super helpful! He didn't try to upsell me on any materials, just showed me the options and gave me some time to browse and make my decision. Pricing is more affordable in comparison to your basic Lowes or Home Depot and a lot more options & sizes to choose from. I appreciate that they're 3rd generation, family owned and operated.I've had to make a second trip for additional rock and I'm sure I'll be back again for other landscaping projects.
