staff JL screened and did assessments for my son back in May and was very rude to me when missed the call to schedule another appt the week of my grandmas funeral. she asked if I was still interested in receiving services for my sons ABA and I let her know I was and if I gave her the wrong impression which she stated I did. she rushed the process and decided she would not be covering my sons case to help with his ABA journey. I have started the ABA process 3 months ago and my son has not received ABA and staff scheduler Araceli said there's no one to provide in home services as promised to my sons insurance and myself as his representative.

Absolutely ridiculous non serious unprofessional staff.
They didn't had any pt available yet offered services and wasted my son's 4 important months..after 4 months the supervisor Daniel Schultz told me you can try another company if you can't wait...

i call this company soooooooo many times and left voice messages many times as well.
Insurance company gave me this company information to make an appointment.
BUT……
No one get the phone!!!
No one call me back!!!!
what kind of company is this??
No one work there??
