i call this company soooooooo many times and left voice messages many times as well.
Insurance company gave me this company information to make an appointment.
BUT……
No one get the phone!!!
No one call me back!!!!
what kind of company is this??
No one work there??
How can i contact you????

Do not leave your kids unattended with any of the workers here. My son who has autism was having services done through them at home and then we started doing them in the clinic. DANIELLE SHULTS (supposedly calls herself a supervisor) grabbed my son by the arms and forced him down without allowing him to move. She also told him he was on time out when I as a parent have never enforced time out on my child. Thank god my sister was there and saw it all and immediately left and we no longer receive services from this company that rotates through so many employees.
