Gavin was extremely kind & helpful after my accident. He was very professional & made me feel at ease taking my car home, and then to the shop. Bryan was my driver and he was so nice and helpful the dealership did not even put my car back together and he went above and beyond helping me put it back together he made a nightmare situation not so much of a nightmare defiantly recommend Mach 1 Towing!
They picked us up late at night (10pm) in Elk Grove and drove us and our car safely home 90 miles away. It was enough that they did that long haul, but both the dispatcher and the driver were calm, reassuring and friendly during a very anxious time for my husband and I. I can't even explain how amazing they were and I would highly recommend them. I wish I had paid attention to the name of the driver but he was very nice! I felt terrible he had such a long drive there and back.Thank you so much!
