Out of all home IT service providers in the Elk Grove area, hyperSven was the only one that got back to me within a reasonable time frame (less than 3 hours). All the others either replied/called back 7+ hours later - in fact, a few of them never returned my call or replied to messages. Sven was super easy to work with. Super knowledgeable - he started to breakdown my problem and work it step by step. My internet had gone out randomly and Xfinity said my internet was working. I called to get help with my MacBookPro locking me out of my external hard drive and not allowing me to access the internet. I was connected to Sven very quickly and he walked me through how to resolve the issue. He knew exactly what to do and I was not charged for the quick phone call. I would have happily paid for him to come out and resolve the issue if he was not able to help me over the phone. Outstanding customer service and care. Thank you!
