Out of all home IT service providers in the Elk Grove area, hyperSven was the only one that got back to me within a reasonable time frame (less than 3 hours). All the others either replied/called back 7+ hours later - in fact, a few of them never returned my call or replied to messages. Sven was super easy to work with. Super knowledgeable - he started to breakdown my problem and work it step by step. My internet had gone out randomly and Xfinity said my internet was working. Sven diagnosed it to my wifi router and tried multiple ways to get things to work. Ultimately, he helped execute a full network setup which solved the problem. I would highly recommend Sven and will use his services again when things break and I'm unable to figure it out.
I called to get help with my MacBookPro locking me out of my external hard drive and not allowing me to access the internet. I was connected to Sven very quickly and he walked me through how to resolve the issue. He knew exactly what to do and I was not charged for the quick phone call.
