Bee Xiong came out with a helper and left about a half hour ago. Super friendly guys and good communicators. Sounds like they fixed a leak coming from my condensing unit in the attic, which caused enough damage to warrant filing an insurance claim, but they suggest I keep an eye on it for a bit.

Called and got the sweetest lady who help me. I believe her name was sam. She got me a next day appointment. I was texted when technician was on the way. Elijah was very respectful, patient, and explained everything to me and gave me my options. I will forever be a customer.
