I am very pleased with Giddens Bros work. Not only were the technicians who installed everything helpful, but at the same time efficient and thorough. I got a few bids for this job (new 4-Ton unit etc.) but doing my research and receiving a great bid and warranty from Giddens I was comfortable with them. This can be an extremely stressful process but they walk you through it and explain everything. Neil, Russ, and Dan did a great job. Neil even took pics of what everything looked like in the attic which was pretty interesting. All in all I am truly happy with their work…call Giddens Bros they won’t disappoint you.
