It took me 4 months to get a non-urgent appointment. When I complained the harried person told me that Kaiser was hiring a lot of the staff away. Ridiculous how difficult it was to go see my primary doctor
Switched providers because they are close to our home. I was impressed with them in the beginning but over the past 4 months care has decreased. You can’t get an appointment for urgent medicalconcerns. Their recommendation is going to the ER or Urgent Care Clinics ? due to not having enough providers. I have other health issues going on and don’t want to be seen by a random Cracker Jack doctor at the ER or urgent care clinic. I want someone who knows my medical history, hence the reason for having a primary care doctor ?
I am new to the area and had to look for a new doctor. The office staff is very friendly and the nurse practitioner I used was very helpful and listen to my concerns very closely. I would recommend this doctor’s office to anybody.
