I am writing to share feedback regarding my first visit to your clinic today. Overall, I would rate my experience a 7 out of 10, though there were significant differences in the service I received.
My experience began poorly with the front desk. Christina, who handled my check-in, was not welcoming. She did not make eye contact when checking me as a new patient and her demeanor felt rude, which made me second-guess my decision to choose this facility as my primary clinic.

We had an excellent experience with this healthcare provider for my son, who has severe autism. The entire team was incredibly understanding and accommodating, especially with our requests regarding an ABA referral and the necessary forms that needed to be completed.

This was our first time meeting Dr. Umar, and we were immediately impressed by his gentle, calm demeanor. We never felt rushed during the visit. He took the time to truly get to know my son, which meant so much to our family and made the experience far less stressful.

Dr.Oceguera is a great doctor. Every time I go in I don’t have to wait long and I get seen right away. The staff is very friendly. I’ve never had any issues with this Doctors Office 10/10.
