Please please listen to the reviews. The girls in the front office seem sooooo confused. My appointment was at 9:25 am I got there at 9:05 bc I like to be punctual. They wanted me to wait over an HOUR for an appointment. With my previous appointments at Saint Agnes I got seen in like 2 minutes every single visit. In order to transfer I needed my records on the phone she told me it would be 72 hours for them to receive it. when I walked back into sign the release she said it's gonna be 2 weeks? And if I wanted to pick up my report I'd have to pay 25 extra dollars for any additional pages. So it would be better to fax it. I DOUBT they will with how unorganized this place...read full review

On behalf of my cousin's & my own experience here, it has been horrible and unbearable. I normally had gone to the location on merced st. before they closed because the ladies there were much more welcoming. When I had to go the location on first & dakota, I had ask for my next appointment to be scheduled at a different location (on illinois st.) Both experiences were bad for the both of us. The staff were rude & unwelcoming. They will talk over you & get frustrated when you want to voice your opinions. However, Dr.Lee is extremely nice and outstanding. The woman i was talking to literally hung up on me as i was explaining i needed a refill on my SEIZURE medication. I had explained the importance of the medication and she went on to HANG UP on me. PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HEALTH CARE FACILITY IF CHOOSING ONE. I HAVE EPILEPSY AND THEY TREATED ME AS AN INCONVENIENCE. There are not enough bad words in the dictionary to describe how terrible this health care service is. Please, if you value your loved ones health, do not proceed with this health care. If i had children, i would be sick to my stomach knowing that they would not be taken seriously and that their medication they NEEDED would not be prescribed to them literally...read full review
