Very thoughtful and considerate service. He is thorough and proactive, and keeps in great contact. He communicates anything of consequence that needs attention, and overall, a great quality of service.
I love the communication that Kellogg's give and the way their scheduling works. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They take the time and to listen and can tell you what kind of bug issues you might have just by describing the bug. They are also very knowledgeable on the season of bugs you'll see though out the year. They will spray inside if you need too.
Bret once again has gone above and beyond. I requested in between service by messaging the office which was a breeze as usual. They sent Brett out the following week and he addressed our concerns with the critters. This company has been the best value for the top notch service they provide.
