Good thing I don't live closer, else I'd be dead ass broke! This is not a typical spa experience with steam rooms, dry sauna, and hot tubs. Instead, the facility features a Japanese garden, fountains, and starts guests off with an enzyme tea beverage and the unparalleled experience of a cedar enzyme bath, in which guests are immersed in a tub of cedar shavings, rice bran, and enzymes. The cedar enzyme bath is warm (to hot) & dry -- no mud bath mess -- and invigorating. Your heart rate elevates, toxins leach through the skin, the cedar scent clears sinuses and offers relaxation. For the record, I am a trained, experienced, certified massage therapist (holistic CMT.) So I have different opinions than some people might. This is a place like no other I have been to. A truly unique experience. I love it and I can't wait to go back. The Cedar enzyme bath is hands down something I suggest everyone try at least once. The bath was so good I don't remember the massage. I don't remember it so it must have been good enough, I didn't have anything negative to say about it. Sometimes good enough is perfect. I went to Osmosis for the first time last night with a friend. I booked a 7:30 pm reservation for a 2-person cedar enzyme bath at 9:00 am the morning of (a Sunday). Kelly helped me on the phone & was incredibly helpful, friendly & kind. I recommend calling in if you can - the web portal is okay but lost our reservation from the night before, likely because we tried to book an unavailable service. Before going, we visited Russian River Brewery in Windsor. I recommend a healthy but hearty meal beforehand, and you're probably better off on a day you don't drink wine (I say, as someone who did).
