“My experience at Timely Sleep Testing was a refreshing surprise! I was not looking forward to going to a "lab" to spend the night. Rather than cold linoleum and that familiar hospital smell, I was warmly greeted by the sleep technician and welcomed into a beautiful bedroom suite! The bed was more than comfortable and the atmosphere was very calming. I suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (shell shock) and as a result, it is very difficult for me to sleep at home, let alone away from home. The staff at TST was so friendly and comforting that I felt warm and safe - thanks to my friendly "sleep guardian" :) I was very at ease and encouraged to ask if anything would make my stay more comfortable. When I asked for an extra blanket, she brought the softest blanket I have ever felt. I snuggled right in and drifted off to sleep effortlessly. Far from my expectation that I would be sent off on my own to figure out the ropes of the CPAP world, the Timely Sleep Testing staff encouraged me to call with any questions. They referred me to a DME company to set up my machine, and called to make sure that it was delivered and everything was going well. I have had my CPAP machine for almost a month now, and they just called to follow up, making sure that I was doing well with treatment and to answer any questions I might have. They also mentioned that they would like to begin a patient-run support group to help people become comfortable and discuss issues with their treatment. Somehow giving Timely Sleep Testing 5 stars doesn't seem like enough! Rarely have I run into a company that genuinely cares so much about their clients.
