Makalya was the absolute sweetest, and I loved how she explained every single step througout the facial. My favorite part was when I was having the hair wash cycle (with the viral wash part you see on social media) and the steam was coming out. I didn't have that portion last time in another spa, and man I'm so glad I experienced it here. While I was just here for the scalp facial, I would trust Makalya with any other service!“

The tech did my pedicure, and she was incredibly sweet, engaging me in a wonderful conversation. As I relaxed in the massage chair, she asked if I would like a complimentary water or soda--a first for me at any nail salon! I opted for water and then selected my color from a wide variety of options. What I also appreciated was how transparent the pricing was. They handed me a clear pricing sheet with all the service options, which I found much better than other places. I always go for the service with the longest foot massage! From start to finish, everything was fantastic. My feet looked amazing, and I even got a compliment on my sandals at the grocery store that same day! Thanks again, for making my first visit such a great experience!“

“The lady that does the pedicure does a great job and is very sweet. The only 2 complaints I have is first they don't have the regular pedicure station the pedicure bowl does not vibrate with warm water nor do they put scented powder in the bowl what they use instead of the standard ceramic bowl is just a regular plastic bowl. The second complaint i have is they don't have matching colors with the jel and regular polish. I like jel polish on my nails and regular polish on my toes. At this location I have to find a color that matches, they don't have pairs that matches although they try to help me find a match it shouldn't be so difficult“
