Dr Chen use to be good when he was with Dr Rubinstein and Sherriffs but since he went out on his own he has staff that doesn’t know what they’re doing!! The staff he has working there are young girls that don’t know how to make referral calls or do anything for that matter! You have to find your own referral for surgery or specialists. Because of his negligence my sister is suffering from an illness because he never did any follow up blood work. Terrible Doctor HIGHLY do not recommend, very unprofessional. He walked my grandpa out of his APPOINTMENT and asked him “Why are you here you can’t find anything in fresno?” why does he even have a license 😂

Dr. Chen was polite, listened to my concerns and helped me determine the best option for me. I usually have anxiety when going to the doctor, but Dr. Chen put all my fears to rest. The staff is also so amazing. Everyone was extremely kind to me in every interaction we had. I felt so listened to and valued. Highly recommend!!
