I haven't experienced any doctor worse than this one. My parents go to him because they thought he is Chinese and could speak Chinese because my parents don't speak English. Apparently, he does not speak any. I'm trying to do the job of translation on the phone to facilitate the communication between them, and he refused to talk to me. My parents have been going to him for a few years, we have no clue on their conditions, and their physical examination results were never properly communicated to my parents. I highly doubt he did any standard of care to my parents for their ongoing conditions.

Sad excuse of a doctor. He does whatever it takes to get rid of patients as soon as possible while doing as little work as possible. Dr. Chen has no patients, he just takes advantage of anyone with an illness and a credit card.

First let’s make clear that Dr Chen is a FANTASTIC doctor! I can’t however give a good review because some of his staff is absolutely AWFUL! In particular the blond lady that sits at the front desk…she’s the rudest person I’ve come across in a long time. She sits at that front desk but is definitely not suited for it because she has a habit of talking down to people rather than helping. Every question asked seems like a chore to answer and she’s usually a step away from an eye roll when answering.
