I love that the staff try to make such a miserable thing a positive experience. I feel like they genuinely care about me and want me to succeed. The negative posts are older and maybe reflect old management but the current team at School Ten Fountain Valley are GREAT! I had the very unfortunate opportunity to use them to complete a 9 month course and Bill, Craig, Elke and the team are fantastic. VERY helpful, understanding, and willing to work with you. Yeah there are charges for missed or rescheduled appointments but it's as clear as day when you sign up. If you took a minute to see how much work goes into keeping all that scheduling straight maybe you'd understand. If I ever had to do that again (God forbid) I'd 100% choose this place.
