Fountain Valley Urgent Care provides exceptional care with friendly and professional staff. The Nurse Practitioner is a great listener, helping patients develop healing plans. Office staff is quick and helpful in scheduling appointments. The medical team is knowledgeable, explaining treatment options thoroughly and providing prescription medication and guidance on wound care. Patients praise the ease of scheduling and the overall pleasant experience.
Our NP was amazing! Dr. Sierra Wilson (the Nurse Practitioner who also has her Doctorate of Nursing degree) was a great listener and so helpful. She listened to my son about what was going on and helped come up with a plan for healing. We were so impressed!! Office staff was equally friendly and quick to help us get seen.
Saw Laura Jardine for questions about care of wounds from a fall.She was very friendly and professional. Told me how to care for wound and sent prescription for topical medication and gave me some extra wound dressings.I was very pleased with this experience including the ease of scheduling an appointment.
Dr. Sara Chau was very friendly and answered all my questions. She listened to me and I felt comfortable telling her how I was feeling. She took her time and explained everything thoroughly to me.
