I was originally scheduled for a sleep study at their Euclid Ave address. But a week before the study they called and said they had to reschedule. They switched my appointment to their Fairview address. Inconvenient, but not that big a deal so far. Then I was told to bring my own pillow and comforter. Don't be fooled by the photos on their websites. This place is too cheap to have bedding. There is a sheet on the bed, and one pillow. I got there at 9:30 and the place was LOCKED. The phone number connected to a recording saying the office was closed. I was so angry, and honestly, I almost left because what was I supposed to do? But this woman opens the door and says "Do you have an appointment." When I asked why the door was locked, she was just, "I don't know. Someone locked it." But then, after letting me in, she left it LOCKED. Clearly it was locked because that was what SHE wanted. They did not have a working bathroom. You were allowed to pee in it, but not poo. I'm not kidding. They literally had signs both outside and inside the bathroom saying not to poo due to sensitive plumbing. I was told in text that there would be wifi. Nope. The employee gave me the name and password but remarked, "It doesn't work." I tried it. It didn't work. I was told in text there would be TV available. Nope. The remote control turned the TV on, but then wouldn't do anything else. I asked the employee to help me learn how to use the remote. She didn't have a clue. I couldn't even get the remote to turn the TV back off. The employee had to unplug it from the wall. And talk about lazy employee. In the morning, she expected me to remove the electrode pads on my legs. She even left the tape on my face!!!! I'm 64 and this is not my first rodeo--I've had a number of sleep studies done, and the technician always removes these things and uses alcohol to wipe off the goo. But not here!
Quality of care from the initial first phone call was five stars. MaryAnn was kind, helpful, professional and friendly. Her communication was wonderful including text messages with clear directions which made my visit to their office much easier. She made sure I had all of the information I needed beforehand and her follow up was truly helpful and appreciated. Thank you, MaryAnn.
This place was so bad. The place was closed when I got there for my 8:15 pm check in so I waited in the hallway until the technician showed up at 8:25pm. She was the only employee working for the night so I felt like the place wasn't concerned about safety. I had to bring my own blanket and pillow to use due to flu outbreak . I ended up being so cold because the had the air conditioner on and I couldn't fall asleep. I needed to use the restroom so I had to go outside the office and down a hallway to use the public restroom. When I went back to bed I just layed awake shivering and didn't qualify to get a new CPAP machine that I desperately needed. I wasted my sleep study...read full review
