FEBRUARY 29 AT 3:00 A.M. I WOKE TO THE SOUND OF DRIPPING WATER Just two years ago we bought a totally remodeled condo in Brentwood. Now water was steadily dripping out of my recessed LED ceiling fixture. While awaiting an HOA approved plumber I collected 60 gallons of water in a recycling barrel. It took 36 hours to find the leaking sprinkler system pipe buried in a staircase wall in the floor above us. WHAT TO DO? We called Hannah Pilkington of COMPASS the amazing realtor who had sold us the condo and asked her for referrals. We hired CRS Construction to remodel our kitchen. Joseph was on time and on budget (!). He walked through the whole project from initial measure to final walk through. A special thank you to his designer for bringing our vision to life! Highly recommend CRS Construction for your kitchen remodeling.
