I love it here!! I always end up going with the teller Shatabdi (I hope I spelled it right), she's always so nice to me. Araceli is also really nice and helpful. I don't feel stressed at all coming here, I don't know what people are talking about, just chill!

Bank of America makes it very difficult to get your own money. I needed to do a large wire transfer. Logged into my online account. After asking me to enter the two factor identification code (text to phone) about a dozen times (every 15 seconds or so it prompted. It did the same on the mobile app where it auto fills it for me from the text message and yes, the 6 digit code was correct each time), it told me I had to call their service center. After being on hold for about 30 min., the service center told me I had to go to the bank. Get to the bank and I have to make an appointment. Something that should take minutes takes days.
